Traffic comes to a stop when a dog decides to rule the ring road

Jefferson shared this clip from the ring road where an unexpected traffic controller made an appearance.

Everything came to a halt, not because of a breakdown or accident, but because a four-legged wanderer decided to take a stroll down the highway like it owned the lane.

The dog seemed so calm and composed, almost as if deadlines, honks, and human impatience were beneath its notice.
