00:00okay this has been ongoing since the well really since the Foxtrot week was when I

00:06stood a little niggle in my foot hence why there was some comments about me flat-footed in the

00:10famous heel turn and toe turn and I was thinking this will be fine this will be fine and then it

00:13went it got gradually worse and worse and worse until on Saturday we had to change shoes we had

00:18to be like I can't wear heels for the couple of choice and I had to wear those Jeanette those

00:22awful flat shoes and they were the same as him and he was like thanks

00:28I mean we literally had matching shoes on so you know and the physio team must just give a shout

00:33out to physio Jen and Daryl who've just been incredible on the show getting me on on that

00:39down as far on Saturday and then we tried on Monday to to learn this week's dance and it

00:43just was really clear that I was really struggling in pain so we've just had to

00:46be professional and and call this and hope we'll do some rest
