Angelena Blubaugh, from Wahiawa, Hawaii, filmed the TikTok challenge with her husband Perry and their friend Evan.
In the clip, Perry winds up to slap Evan with a tortilla, but his aim is wildly off, sending the tortilla and his hand toward Angelena.
The group instantly bursts into laughter at the unexpected mishap, turning the friendly challenge into a memorable blooper.
Angelena shared the video online, and said: “My husband (then boyfriend) his friend and I were doing the tortilla challenge for a TikTok. My husband was supposed to slap his friend with the tortilla, completely missed, and backhanded me.”
