00:25On May 1st, 2017, Jonas and Chopra walked the Met Gala's red carpet together, showing

00:31off their designer outfits for the cameras as they posed side by side.

00:35At the time, Chopra insisted to late-night TV's Jimmy Kimmel that the two weren't an item,

00:42"...we were both wearing Ralph Lauren.

00:43We decided to go together because it was fun."

00:45"...but our first time walking any kind of red carpet together was the Met."

07:05On July 26th, 2018, one day before news of the couple's engagement made headlines, Indian

07:11film director Ali Abbas Zafar took to Twitter to spill the news about Chopra's engagement

07:17to Jonas, announcing that Chopra would no longer be appearing in his next film.

07:55Priyanka Chopra works mainly in film and television, whereas her husband is firmly planted in the

08:04Broadway is the perfect middle ground, so it was hardly a leap when the pair announced
