00:00Last year is roller coaster. So I know the company very well. We have very consistent strategic framework all around the world. But gosh, we've never had a year around our 30 markets that half of our markets have some kind of crisis. It is geopolitical, natural disasters, economy. There's a lot of things happening.
00:21So the thing I learned last year was to smile more. You know why? Because I find out that every day, I think some of the leaders here as well, every day seems to be like this new decision you need to make. In the past, business is sometimes is routine. Every day you seem to be repeating something that you set out. But in the last year, last 12 to 18 months, you have to make decisions every day, new decisions, difficult decisions, big or small.
00:49And then I and in my company, because the company purpose is to put a smile on customers faces. So then I okay, I think deeper as to what it means and actually helps me as a leader because medically also if you smile more, then you are more open minded. This is what I need. And you will be more creative. And this is also what I need to lead the company under a lot of challenges. So this is the thing that I have actually smiled more and I slept more as well.
01:19Not sleep less. Not sleep less. I don't know how many of you think about sleeping, but the sleeping actually helped me to be more calm, to deal with a lot of difficult situations.
