Sarina Wiegman said she'd handle Mary Earps and Hannah Hampton in the 'exact same way' every time for England.

00:00Yeah, I think you have read what she's written.
00:03My reaction, yeah, that's her book.
00:07A lot of response on it.
00:10And I don't think I can react anything more
00:13because there's a lot of private conversations
00:15that I always keep private.
00:17So I'm not sure what you want more from that.
00:19I just know what I want to do is create an environment
00:23where we speak up, where I give clarity,
00:25where I always communicate with players when it's necessary.
00:28And also, I make decisions to win.
00:33And I think what I've said all the time
00:35is that we have two incredible goalkeepers
00:37in the goalkeepers group
00:39because you think we have more good goalkeepers.
00:41And at the end, I made that decision to the one I came to.
00:47And that's what it is for me.
00:50So I can't say anything more on that.
00:52And what I should say also is that
00:54I've really, really enjoyed working with Mary.
00:57She's retired now, and we had incredible times,
01:00and I always cherish that, and I really enjoyed that.
01:03I think I would have done exactly the same thing,
01:05and we kept communicating every time.
01:09And we try, as always, we try to support
01:10in the best possible way.
01:11I just can't control how it comes across.
01:14And there's always learnings,
01:16but I don't think in the bigger picture
01:18I would have done things differently.
