00:11Tuesday, November 18. During a Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing, former Public Works

00:16Undersecretary Roberto Bernardo said Olaivar reached out to him in 2024. This to discuss

00:22unprogrammed allocations allegedly for the Office of the Executive Secretary. Olaivar denied the

00:27accusation. He also took a leave of absence while the inquiry was underway. Olaivar was

00:32appointed DepEd Undersecretary in August 2024. He was a former staff member of then Senators

00:38Ramon Revilla Jr., Edgardo Angara, and the incumbent DepEd Chief Sonny Angara.
