00:23filing for divorce from his wife Shandian

00:26Nelson, the actor has confirmed that he

00:29is engaged to actress Samantha Cope. Joey

00:31revealed the news on Us Weekly while

00:33promoting his upcoming film Swim which

00:35will debut on a streaming service Tubi

00:37this week. The former child star also said

00:40that the couple met on the set of their

00:42upcoming Lifetime TV movie A Deadly Deed

00:45and things just blossomed from there. This

00:48is definitely the summer of love. I'm

00:50gonna just say it right now. And moving on

00:52to Bennifer because these two recently had

00:54a summer stroll out in Malibu and people

00:57had a lot to say. While out biking TMZ ran

01:01into Simon Cowell and he shared a tip for

01:03the couple as they rekindled their

01:05romance. The American Idol star kept it

01:07simple and oddly suggested that Jennifer

01:09and Ben have separate bathrooms and ice

01:12cream. We're not really sure if this was from

01:14personal experience or if it was just like

01:16Simon trolling but seems like it could be good advice.

01:20But staying on Jen and Ben, HL has learned

01:23exclusively that Ben's best friend Matt Damon

01:26is supportive of his relationship with

01:28Jennifer Lopez. After the actor was spotted

01:30out with Bennifer at the beach yesterday, a source

01:33told us that Matt wants nothing but the best for

01:36Ben. They are friends forever and talk about

01:39everything. Matt knows what makes Ben tick and

01:42he is happy with it all because Ben is clearly

01:45happy. When it comes down to it all Matt is

01:48going to be there for his friends and hope for

01:50the best. Recall back in May when news broke

01:53that Bennifer was back on, the actor was asked

01:56about his thoughts on the recoupling while on

01:58the Today Show. And although he didn't share much

02:01information, Matt did offer some words of

02:04support. And finally moving on to actress

02:06Christina Applegate who revealed via Twitter

02:08that she has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

02:11The married with children star wrote, Hi friends,

02:14a few months ago I was diagnosed with MS. It's

02:17been a strange journey but I have been so

02:19supported by people that I know who also have

02:21this condition. It's been a tough road but as we

02:24all know the road keeps going. Unless some

02:27asshole blocks it. As one of my friends with MS

02:30said, we wake up and take the indicated action and

02:34that's what I do. So now I ask for privacy as I go

02:37through this thing. Thank you. This is not the

02:39first medical issue that Christina has dealt

02:42with. In 2008 she was diagnosed with breast

02:44cancer but luckily revealed that she was

02:46cancer free after a double mastectomy. We are

02:49sending her thoughts and prayers for a quick
