00:05auto fit is mainly used for tables in word it adjusts column width or the entire table so the
00:12content fits neatly so i have a table here so click anywhere in the table and on the right side
00:22you will see that there is a layout option click on that and under the merge you will see that there
00:32is a auto fit just click on this arrow and you will see that auto fit content you just need to
00:39click on that so your table will automatically resized based on the text inside each column
00:47so let me undo that and you can also drag when the your mouse is as two arrow you just drag it
00:58and resize it but it is not out of it it is your preference choice and make sure you can also drag
01:06this table by when you have this four side arrow and you can move around anywhere on the
01:14page there is another way disable fix column width so for this you need to click in the table and
01:25right click and go to the table properties and here is the column tab you need to click this and
01:36uncheck this preferred width and click ok so here you can see that this column is auto fit similarly
01:44you can again click on that and go to the table properties and again private width unchecked and click
