He walked out the door holding his baby, everything moving as expected.

The steps looked normal, the path was clear, and the walk seemed simple.

But as he went down the stairs, one small misstep turned the ordinary into chaos.

A slip later, and he ended up in a fall, leaving the scene far from what anyone had planned.
