Julia Garner is joining 'Fantastic Four!' It's been confirmed that Garner has been cast as Silver Surfer, playing a version of the character in the Matt Shakman directed feature. The new 'Fantastic Four' iteration stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing.

00:36The Silver Surfer was first introduced in Fantastic Four No. 48

00:39as the Herald of Galactus, a planet-eating entity,

00:43though Garner is said to be playing a different version of the surfer known as Shalabal.

00:47Garner is a three-time Emmy winner for her work on Netflix's Ozark

00:51and also earned an Emmy nomination for Leading Inventing Anna.
