00:00Yeah, I think he's done a really good job to be honest. I think coming into being
00:04England manager is never easy. Coming off the back of Gareth, who has been one of
00:08our most successful managers ever, so I think he's tried to stamp his
00:14own feel into training, into the meetings. He comes with a lot of
00:19enthusiasm. I think tactically we're really precise going into every game
00:25knowing what the opposition are going to do and if, like the other night, if they
00:29do change bits here and there, we have like a second option that we know we can
00:33go to and he's kind of been building a lot of those kind of different ideas, I
00:39guess, leading up to next summer and I'm sure from now until then there will still
00:44be a couple more that he'd like to add, whether we play against a four or play
00:47against a five. So I think tactically he's been fantastic and then also I think he
00:52just brings a personality, he brings an aura that, you know, represents an England
00:58manager and I think going into a major tournament, that's important as well.
01:02When maybe other teams look across and see him standing there, I think they know
01:08that, you know, he's one of the best managers in the world and that brings
01:12weight to it as well.
