00:00Monday marks the six-month anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center in the Pentagon
00:08and at the World Trade Center's site. The recovery work now is deep in the bowels of what were the
00:13Twin Towers. More bodies are expected to be recovered and some very personal treasure,
00:20safe deposit boxes. My father kept all his negatives in the Chase Bank at the base of
00:27the World Trade Center. He was born in Cologne, Germany in 1930. As I think may be true for a
00:34lot of Holocaust survivors, my father did not talk about his childhood. When he first started
00:43photographing the Kennedys, my father was really young. A trust was built.

00:57here? But once they see the quality of the images, a match is made.
01:03When I got to look through his 44,000 pictures in the context, I could find all these amazing photos
01:14that no one had ever seen. He was the fly on the wall. You never even noticed that he was in the
01:22room. That's what made him so great.
