00:00After coming off of last season, you're like, I don't want the department heads to be at it again.

00:04Seems like we're back there.

00:06Yeah, last season, the department heads were really the center of the whole thing when they shouldn't be.

00:12So this season, we're lucky enough to bring three other great, experienced heads of department together.

00:18And you'll see absolutely no issues at all.

00:21They're so great, and their experience and professionalism is awesome.

00:24Not at all. Not at all.

00:27You wait until you see. There's cracks everywhere.

00:29We've got to put it together. It's a great season.

00:31And I think I love Below Deck Down Under, the fact that it's not just all love islanding.

00:37It's not just hookups. We actually see our crew work together and get through it.

00:41And you're going to see that in the crew and in the heads of department.

00:44Yeah, definitely. What was it like working with Daisy and Chef Ben and Joao?

00:49Okay, so I had reservations with Daisy at the start.

00:53I was like, oh, sailboat.

00:55She brought her A game. She honestly did.

00:58She loves not only the boats, the industry.

01:03She's very considerate about her performance.

01:08But she also knows the show's logistics as well.

01:11It was a win-win.

01:12It was a win-win for us and a win-win for me.

01:14And yeah, I think that we're going to have a team there for a while.

01:17Yeah, definitely.

01:18Did Chef Ben or Joao disappoint you at all?

01:21Look, everyone's got a journey.

01:23You know, and I just met Ben 48 hours before he joined.

01:26He dropped everything to come and join us because we had an issue.

01:29We lost the chef.

01:30And he dropped everything and came and helped us out.

01:33So I had a lot of gratification for that.

01:35And we'll watch his growth.

01:37You know, he's been working.

01:38But being on a boat in this environment, he hasn't been there for a decade.

01:41And, you know, let's just see how he goes.

01:44Joao, he's been a captain.

01:46And he knows what to do.

01:47So that was a huge pressure off me.

01:49Will you ever invite a Housewives franchise back on a boat?

01:53I think the Dubai people, the Housewives of Dubai would be great.

01:56You know, I think their expectations and critiquing would be up there.

01:59You know, I think they would want the highest service.

02:03And we like to be critiqued.

02:05We like to get better.

02:06Will you ever let the Salt Lake City women come back?

02:11That's the best thing about yachting.

02:12You work with crew.

02:13You become friends.

02:14I've worked with all of the Housewives of Salt Lake City.

02:17And we're all great friends.

02:18And BravoCon is a great way for us to reconnect again.

02:23I've had a great time even on day one meeting them all again and everyone.

02:27What has it been like seeing this Heather rumor kind of take off?

02:32I thought we had a break for a year on BravoCon.

02:34I didn't think we were going to go back there.

02:35And we came straight back there.

02:37Look, she knows I get embarrassed.

02:38And she knows I'm a bit sarcastic too.

02:41And I know her humor and her wit.

02:43And I think she saw a door open and she went for it.

02:46And I respect that because she knows she's just getting, you know, she's making me quirky,

02:51a little irky almost.

02:53It's been fun.

02:53It's just friendship and it's really fun.
