00:05show called Flipping Out? I mean, it's basically season 12. It's basically

00:09season 12. I think what happened is because it's been on every streamer for

00:14the last, I don't know, 10 years that I think they wanted to make it very clear

00:19that this is a new season. So they're calling it still Flipping Out. Yeah, I'm

00:24so excited. So it's like the old show, but it's also new, well, new people, new

00:28clients, new houses, new jobs, new. Yeah. I love it so much. I'm so excited.

00:36So I got to get your hot takes. Beverly Hills. Did you see any of the little

00:39the previews? I know that this trip is going to go down with Kyle, Dorit, Erica.

00:44I, first of all, I was very pleasantly surprised in Rachel Zoe's return. I also

00:52love a Kathy Hilton. And I, you know, I, I think even Kyle is really, really, look,

01:00she's always shared. I think for a minute there, she had to kind of process her

01:04process or divorce. And I think you can always count on her to really share her

01:10personal life. And from what I understand, she does. That's great. Okay. OC, what do

01:14you think about, what do you think actually about Teresa and Melissa's

01:17reconciliation? Yeah. It seemed genuine to you. I just don't, I, I don't think that's

01:23going to work. I think you either do. I think they have to do two separate shows.

01:28Uh, I don't, I just don't see how they could be on the same show in the same room.

01:32Yeah. According to them, they're on the up and up.

01:36I think you can only fake that for so long. I do think that there's been a, there is a lot of

01:41damage there. I think it's probably irreparable. I'm not trying to be negative. I'm just trying to be

01:46realistic and practical and I don't see it working. So I think if there's a reboot,

01:52I think it has to exclude one of them, but I'm down for like a spinoff of some kind.

01:58Who would you like to see the spinoff of? Well, here's the thing. I think that given

02:02the relationships that Melissa has with Margaret and Dolores and Jen Fessler, I think they, again,

02:10if it were me, I would reboot without, and I like Teresa. I reboot without Teresa and I would

02:16give Teresa her own show. I think she can look, she's, she can carry it.

02:25Look, from what I understand, they have made some very good casting decisions. I know they've hold,

02:30they've held on to at least, I think three, uh, from what I hear. And then I hear there's some

02:36really great, great new talent coming in. So I'm actually excited. I love New York.

02:42So I have a, I have a love affair with New York. I love watching New York and look,

02:46these ladies. Okay. I understand that maybe they're not, they were a little, you know,

02:50they were polished and edited and maybe they withhold, withheld a few things. But I actually,

02:56for I, for one, these are accomplished, affluent, gorgeous, stylish, sophisticated women.

03:03Like I was happy to watch it. Yeah. Should Vicky come back for season 20?

03:06Vicky. Oh, absolutely. I think they should bring back several OGs. Yeah. Yeah.

03:13What would be your dream OC cast? Look, I think you could bring Alexis back as a friend.

03:16We have to have, we have to have a villain. Um, I wouldn't mind like a Laurie Peterson

03:22or a Gina Keough. I'm talking like old school. I think old school, I love Kelly Dodd.

03:28I think Kelly Dodd, uh, I like, she brings a different perspective, which I appreciate.

03:33Um, I'm not intimidated by other people's politics. I'm one of those few people that can be in a room

03:39and you can tell me how you feel and I'll tell you how I feel. He could say how he feels. And guess

03:47everyone can have an opinion. Everybody can have an opinion. Not right now, but whatever. But yeah.
