After Massive Explosion At J&K Police Station Kills 9, DGP Calls Incident ‘Accidental’

Nine people were killed and over two dozen were wounded after a massive explosion at Nowgam Police Station in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday night.

00:48on account of the voluminous nature of the recovery

00:55this process was going on for the past two days which means yesterday and day before by the fsl team

01:05due to the unstable and sensitive nature of the recovery

01:09the sampling process the handling was being done with extreme caution with utmost caution by the fsl team

01:22however unfortunately during this course last night around 11 20 pm

01:31an accidental explosion has taken place any other spec the cause of this incident is unnecessary

01:46in this unfortunate incident people have lost their lives

01:51in this case two crime paying officers two revenue officials who were

02:04basically part of the magistrates team one taylor who was associated with the team

02:10in addition 27 police personnel two revenue officials and three civilians

02:18from the adjacent areas have received injuries the injured were immediately evacuated

02:24to the nearest hospital where they are being treated as we speak the building of the police

02:30station has been very severely damaged and even the adjacent buildings have suffered
