Sara Cox has taken fans on an emotional journey as she participates in a gruelling Children In Need challenge this week.The BBC Radio 2 DJ is four marathons down and set to embark on her final leg of the 135-mile Great Northern Marathon challenge on Friday morning, carrying Pudsey bear to the town of Pudsey.She’s running, jogging and walking all the way to the Yorkshire town near Leeds, having started in Kielder Forest on the Scottish borders back on Monday.Having raised more than £3.5million already for charity by Thursday night, the 50-year-old has battled tearful, sleepless nights and painful blisters.We’ll bring you the latest updates on Radio 2’s longest-ever Children In Need expedition...
