00:00Pizza is the healthiest snack in the world. It is like the dough is around for like millions of years people have having dough cheese
00:07What's up guys today we are in Manhattan's East Village on possibly the coldest day in history
00:34I'm talking single digits, baby
00:37But don't worry. We're about to heat up with some pizza, but not your average pizza
00:42I'm talking double stacked pizzas two pizzas in one slice. It's insane
00:47Super cheesy pepperoni packed garlic knots wildly cheesy calzones
00:51Probably the best buffalo chicken pizza I've ever had we're hitting up the one and only East Village pizza and meeting up with the owner

01:08Okay, that's my baby dough. I like playing with my baby dough
01:17Now this is the double stack of first layer now we're gonna add the buffalo chicken
01:22There is no sauce at this first layer
01:25You don't put any pizza sauce normally buffalo chicken doesn't have a pizza sauce
01:29But any kind of double stack has no pizza sauce in the first layer and there is a reason for it
01:35And that's a secret. I won't tell you that
01:38Fried amount of cheese just a little bit. This is just a pizza by itself. Just one pizza, but now we're gonna make it double
01:46Now the uh this layer has the pizza sauce whatever you're gonna add i'm gonna make the pepperoni
01:56I just have to put the pizza sauce cheese and the pepperoni
02:03Like you're making an art like a painting picasso it is pizza making is art actually
02:08So it is important actually to choose the right mozzarella and the pepperoni
02:13I really hate when pepperoni pizza has like three pepperonis on a slide if I see a single spot empty on the slice I get mad

04:40make it the dough is something wrong with the dough I don't even make prep I'm a delivery guy he sent
04:45me home but he was a nice guy he was a really nice guy the boss so kept looking for a job I was like I
04:51need a job I desperately need a job I walked door to door to the pizzerias I ended up finding a job
04:57on mcdougall street on west 3rd the best pizzeria I learned from John on mcdougall street I learned
05:03how to make pizza and I learned from him how to create a recipe but I learned how to run a pizzeria
05:10from domino's what I learned from domino's is a professional way to run the store this is what

06:39I have to punch it a little bit I walked domino's pizza for almost two years year and a half I managed
06:47the place my brother was working here at the whole time and even when I got here he got here before me
06:54so I heard the place was on sale I pushed my brother look this is a chance that we could do it
07:01this is a chance that we could do it if we don't do it we're not going to have any chance like this
07:04because it's a ready to go store at least I know how to make pizza and I know some running a pizzeria
07:09so at the end of the day he said okay let's do it he listened to me he's always saying that thank
07:14god I listened to you cheesy calzone I didn't know like I was going to face a lot of hardship
07:21hard times after we got the store because we I started working more than what I used to work
07:26it was not saying pizza I changed almost everything I changed the pizza sauce I changed the pizzas the
07:32recipes the cheese I changed the cheese I never stopped uh thinking how do I get it better I never
07:39stopped working hard I always was on top every day when I got here when I was working I was like
07:45what should I do to make a better pizza how what I can do better to reach more people because
07:50making a better pizza or really good pizza is good but one thing that really important you have to
07:57know how to sell it so that's a long story let's make it short that's the easiest calzone ever look at this
08:10hydration level look at this fermentation that's my baby doll I try to find new things like what I can do
08:19better Instagram came out instead of using my personal pictures personal photos on Instagram I
08:26start adding pizza pictures and even my friends were like Frank what are you doing what are you doing
08:31like this is like this is your personal things like what are you doing come on put yourself not the
08:36pizzas I said like guys you want to see me you can come to my house you're my friend you don't need to
08:40see me you know how I look what do you what do you want from me and then then Instagram first feature
08:47that was available for videos I started making videos that blew me up what I did nothing crazy
08:53take the pizza put them in the box right and then cut it and show people that this is what I did
