00:00Tokenizing intelligence, that's what we'll be discussing in today's video, looking at
00:06how virtual protocol is turning AI agents into tradable assets.
00:10So imagine buying a share in an autonomous digital entity that learns and also not only
00:17learns but also interacts and transacts and generates revenue effectively just like you
00:22invest in any company and that's the vision of emerging agentic finance, right?
00:28So AI agents, not as kind of passive tools, but assets, right?
00:34Gone are the days where bots simply executed, you're kind of using fixed scripts instead.
00:41You have now AI agents that evolve and plan and learn and act and crucially, you know,
00:47also learn, I mean, and earn, right?
00:50So virtual protocol is at the forefront of this movement built on the base layer to chain
00:57powered by Coinbase.
00:58The platform actually allows users to kind of create and co-own and trade these AI agents
01:04and each agent is actually launched with its own token.
01:08Ownership becomes fractional, then upside becomes measurable.
01:12And for investors and users, this is not just automation, right?
01:16It's all about ownership and the tokenization and co-ownership.
01:19Part of this is at the core, you've got virtual protocol enabling AI agents to be mint paid with a dedicated token
01:27when a new agent is launched.
01:29Let's say 1 billion tokens specific to that agent are created.
01:33And these agent tokens kind of represent ownership in that agent's future performance, right?
01:38So holders share in its revenue, influence in its development and also participate in the upside
01:45and that creators then lock a certain amount of virtual protocols token, native token
01:50and launch a bonding curve that transitions to a liquidity pool once thresholds are met.
01:57And this mechanism kind of aligns incentives and early supporters, developers, stakers
02:01are all taking part in the agent's journey.
02:04So underpinning the platform is the proprietary kind of generative autonomous multi-model entities
02:11or game framework, the decision engine layer that gives kind of agents agency, you know, input
02:19agents, personality, goal memory, environment, right, output, action sequence, executing trades,
02:26for example, managing assets or interacting in social virtual wars.
02:29So this goes beyond simple logic agents are built via game, can act across multiple platforms,
02:36chat interfaces, games, streaming environments while maintaining persistent memory, executing
02:41wallet transactions and adapting also over time in virtuals, vision, AI agents are truly
02:47autonomous financial social actors, right?
02:49So creators, if you want to launch one, you just kind of, you select a base, the permissible
02:55network and specify the agent tokens, name, ticker, behavior, fee in virtuals is locked, right?
03:02And the agent is paired with virtual via a bonding curve LP and revenue model when users
03:09are interacting with the agent, subscriptions, inference calls, game plays, payments are made
03:14in virtual token.
03:15And smart contracts then allocate shares of revenue also and trigger buybacks of agent and
03:22also distribute tokens.
03:23So the governance part is also interesting because virtual holders vote on protocol wide
03:28matters, agent holder, token holders also govern agent specific parameters, right?
03:33Like emissions or features or upgrades.
03:36And the virtual token itself is very interesting because it acts as the foundational utility token
03:41here required for launching an agent or paying for agent interactions, pairing with agent tokens
03:49in liquidity pools as well, staking virtual, ends, you governance, rights and emissions rewards
03:55from the ecosystem's treasury, fixed supply for 1 billion tokens, no inflation plan, many
04:01use cases dry, I think the kind of buy and buy bin mechanisms there.
04:05So you've got agent tokens in this ecosystem like SAM or AIXBT, BillyBits, each agent has kind
04:14of its own market and revenues generated by the agent, triggering buybacks and bends of the
04:21agent token in the supply, creating a symmetry between the usage and the token supply as well.
04:26So ownership of agent tokens is kind of something that entitles holders to future revenue and
04:33share of that over that agent as well, right?
04:36So there's so many, so many examples like SAM, a small autonomous, a virtual agent token launched
04:45on base, AIXBT, focusing on market intelligence.
04:49You've got BillyBits on prediction markets, you've got Neurobro, Fader AI, Acolyte, which
04:55are all kind of having different use cases.
04:57So I think the risks are really something to think about, you know, utility mismatch, token
05:02performance gaps, the technical operational risks as well, like market regulatory and
05:07sensitivity over that supply and quality variance as well.
05:12So what's worth for investors, I think is the fact that, you know, this is a burgeoning
05:17kind of ecosystem.
05:19And I think, you know, even though we are kind of seeing a bit of a slump in the crypto markets
05:23currently, I think the AI agent space is going to really dominate the next leg up of the bull
05:30market.
05:31And I think that you need to pay attention.
