Check out this shocking moment a trucker sets off a chain reaction crash on a busy highway.
Saumil Patel, from Mumbai, India, captured the intense footage while driving behind a line of vehicles in fast moving traffic.
In the video, a truck in the centre lane can be seen following another vehicle closely while a car drives past in the right overtaking lane.
The truck appears to suddenly swerve.
The truck clips the rear of a vehicle in the left lane and the impact redirects it back into the centre lane, where it slams into the truck ahead. That truck then hits the passing car in the right lane.
Saumil said he saw the danger building and slowed down about fifty meters before the collision, avoiding the pile up.
One user commented: ‘This is why tailgating is so dangerous.’
Another added: ‘You reacted at the perfect time. This could have been much worse.’
