00:31ziploc bag there is no mess or cleanup. The longer this marinates in the fridge the more flavor it's
00:39going to have. Cornflakes are such an unexpected yet simple coating and one piece of chicken at a
00:46time pop it into your bag and give it a good shake. So I've got it in a hot oven at 400 degrees but
00:53we're going to flip them every few minutes to keep them nice and crispy. This looks even better
00:58than fried chicken and I didn't have to get my kitchen dirty which is the best part. That tangy
01:03buttermilk, all of the herbs and that cornflake crusty crunch.
