00:10even now, the Kerajaan Negeri in the bawah Tun Datuk Mustafa, Tun Fuad Stephens, even now,

00:20the Ahli-Ahli Parliament in the Kerajaan, since 1974 until now,

00:27all have been decided as a slow, illegal, irrational, and improperly,

00:38and to stop the responsibility of the country of Sabah.

00:46Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said today that Putrajaya cannot remain silent

00:50in light of the Sabah 40% revenue ruling which labeled the government's action since 1974,

00:56unlawful, irrational, procedurally improper, or disproportionate.

01:01He said such a severe finding was unprecedented and would affect the government's entire structure since inception.

01:09On Tuesday, the Attorney General Chambers announced that the federal government would not appeal the court's decision,

01:16affirming Sabah's 40% entitlement to federal revenue earned in the state, as provided for in the federal constitution.

01:25However, the AGC said the government intended to challenge other defects in the grounds of judgment.

01:31Anwar said discussions on Sabah's 40% revenue entitlement will continue while Sabah is under a caretaker government,

01:39with technical talks now and major decisions after the state election.
