00:11The scheme began in Spring as a trial. It gave around 12-15% off standard app tickets for patients, families and hospital staff.

00:20It's now being kept for the next 12 months following a strong take-up through the Metro app.

00:27Here's how it works. Patients and relatives get a code via the hospital. Staff receive theirs internally.

00:35You redeem it in the app on zonal tickets. No faff at the platform. No paper passes or forms to fill.

00:42Access is simple. Ball Street and Corporation Street are a short walk from the Children's.
