00:31When you share your love, your kindness, your compassion,

00:36even if you have no resources, you have time.

00:40Time is the best gift we can give somebody.

00:44Time to validate somebody to say, I hear you.

00:49I see who you are, not what you're projecting.

01:13And when I get calls from listeners who are miserable in their relationships,

01:28That's not what love is.

01:31That doesn't mean you should stay in a relationship that is hurtful

01:35or where none of your needs are being met.

01:39But when you can love freely without any expectations, life is a joy.
