A new patch on October 23, released on all platforms alongside the Switch 2 version of the game, includes eight tracks from original Persona 3 vocalist Yumi Kawamura.

00:00The Persona series has always been known for banging soundtracks, and Persona 3 is no exception.
00:05That's why there was some disappointment when it became clear that the remake, Persona 3 Reload,
00:10was remixing its iconic songs with a new vocalist. The new tracks turned out to be great too,
00:16but now you won't have to pick favourites. The original singer is back. A new patch on October
00:2123rd, released on all platforms alongside the Switch 2 version of the game, includes eight
00:26tracks from the original Persona 3 vocalist Yumi Kawamura, which you're able to set as dungeon
00:31or battle music from the options menu, including When the Moon's Reaching Out Stars, Brand New Days,
00:37and more. It's been a while. I'm truly overjoyed and grateful to be reunited with everyone again,
00:43Kawamura says in a message accompanying the news. Many of the original Persona 3 vocal tracks were
00:49re-recorded by Uzumi Takahashi in Reload, and for my money, the results are fantastic. But having the
00:55original voice of the game back in as an option is unequivocally a good thing.
