00:50no i don't have to i think it was a great idea to have a family meeting and i'm

00:58happy to facilitate oh we're happy you're happy to do it yes and we are happy that you are the one

01:06helping our dad navigate through this whole sheila mess doing everything she said she wouldn't do

01:13again keep secrets from him light of his face and you can't deny that dad i know you told us

01:21and everyone that she had changed but clearly she's back to her old ways so

05:41version of himself the best he can possibly be and i support that and if taylor can help him

05:49if seeing her is good for deacon i'm all for it i just want to be sure that you are addressing each

05:59other not me i'm just here to keep the communication flowing and open make sure that everyone's being

06:06heard so clearly you and hope feel that there are reasons why your father should not have come back to

06:13a lot of reasons you know we're just worried that he's being taken advantage of and that sheila will

06:21hurt him again and now that he's forgiven her oh dake i'm a lot of things but a quitter isn't one of

06:27them i didn't want to give up on my marriage and that might be well that is admirable but if it were a

06:34healthy relationship but dad we are talking about sheila carter here it's sheila sharp okay sheila carter's

06:41in her past if only that were true but the deceit the betrayal they've never gone away

06:47look sheila did something that she deeply regrets she also knows that if she does anything like that

06:54again i'll walk and i won't look back she's not willing to risk losing me again well that may be so

08:58way back to his marriage yeah and i'm gonna be forever grateful to her for that and i i'm i am not

09:05disillusioned thinking that she did it for me yes well whatever taylor's motivation

09:11i'm really happy for you and deacon i just wish that his kids could be as well

09:18i know that hope and her brother wouldn't love nothing more than for deacon to walk away but

09:26unless i don't i don't know you know they're they're at a family therapy session with taylor today

09:32seriously yeah i don't want to be too greedy you know because i i was just given

09:40this huge miracle but if anyone can get to hope and deac it's gonna be taylor

09:47i she did so much good for deacon maybe she can work her magic on his kids too

09:56just remember we're talking to each other but i will point out this isn't just a hypothetical woman

10:04for your father deacon has recommitted to sheila and their life together okay um

10:11all professionalism aside taylor i can't imagine you're okay with this after everything sheila has

10:20put you through and all your loved ones through and i understand that you're needing to be objective

10:27but i mean we're not saying that dad is is perfect that he's a saint i mean he's definitely not thanks

10:34but he's nothing like sheila he's owned his mistakes paid for them yeah he really turned his life around

10:44and he's made a big success of himself and dad we we couldn't be more proud of you

10:51we just want you to reach your full potential what was sheila around

10:55dad please understand that we are not trying to attack you this comes from a place of love

11:08place of concern and i know i know you say well you have invested a lot into your relationship

11:16with sheila but sometimes people don't change

12:54dad she backslid she lied she was manipulative

13:00i know i know and that's how i saw it too for a while until i started working with taylor

13:10taylor has really helped me grow a hell of a lot

13:14that's great but you gotta know that at some point she was gonna show her true colors again

16:36you were yeah at her office having a family therapy session with my father and my brother

16:46yeah i still can't really wrap my mind around the fact that my father is seeing your mother for

16:50therapy but i feel like taylor has had a really positive impact on him

17:04there's a lot of untapped talent here in la if you know what i mean me there's no way i'm

17:48hey look who's here yeah taylor came to hear daphne sing well that's wonderful i i'm sure that she's

17:57going to be very pleased and so am i it gives me an opportunity to thank you again i i am so

18:07excited that the deacon and i are you know back together and that's that's all because of you

18:13you're well you have to give credit your credit is due your husband he did all the work

18:23oh well i i think i still owe you a lot taylor

18:31i know that you guys had your family session today and i can only imagine what

18:37hope and deacon had to say about me but i'm i'm very hopeful that one day we can be one big happy

18:46family and even if that doesn't work out at least i have got deacon by my side the man who completely

18:55transformed my life it's quite remarkable don't you think taylor yeah deacon is quite remarkable

19:03i love you i love you i love you more than i have ever loved anyone else and i

19:12am not going to let anything or anyone separate us
