Person being chased by police risks safety as they continue driving on a flat tyre

The person being pursued by police in this video had no intention of surrendering.

The suspect, seemingly stuck on a three-star wanted level, was driving a vehicle with a completely flat tyre. Despite this obstacle, they never slowed down, recklessly putting their safety at risk for even the slightest chance of a miraculous escape.
