A funny and slightly painful video shows a woman attempting a daring dance move at a party that didn’t quite go as planned.
Jill Dinnan from Michigan, USA, filmed the moment while dancing with her husband, Luke.
The pair were pulling off a fun, challenging move when Jill suddenly lost balance and took a hard fall, hitting her head in the process.
Jill said: "Throwback to when I concussed myself."
The clip was shared on Instagram, where one user commented: “My head hurts just watching this. Glad you’re okay jfc.”
Another added: “I watched too many times. Holy buckets, so glad you're ok!”
