02:02Yeah, dude.
02:06Alright, everyone, take your seats.
02:10I see we have a new student.
02:12Please, Stan, tell us your name.
02:15Um, my name is Ashley Evans.
02:20Hopefully you're not too far behind in the curriculum, but I'll get to you. Just have a seat there.
02:25Well, it's always nice to have some fresh blood here.
02:28Let's turn our textbooks to page 207.
02:34History is always in the making.
02:37What will your history be?
02:45Uh, nothing, what's up?

03:51Okay.
03:53Um...
03:54History was good.
03:56Really?
03:57The teacher seems kind of eccentric.
04:00Yeah, he was.
04:01Okay, look, it's not perfect.
04:03But we're lucky.
04:04You know, it's hard to find a position in the middle of the school year.
04:07So, does that mean we're lucky that the previous drama teacher died?
04:12Lemonade from lemons.
04:20Oh, my gosh.
04:21Let's go.
04:22Let me see.
04:23Let's go.
04:24Stop.

06:43him anyways protectors of the weak and defenseless and warriors against monsters who threaten this
06:52land lame you know that's what all the wannabe knights said they were too busy being monsters
06:57instead of protectors maybe
07:01way to stay under the radar actually see I tracked down this virus from my aunt's computer now it's
07:17meant to intrude and collect information send it back to the sender yeah I found out where the

08:44about using her as a replacement yeah what role Olivia we're doing twelfth night
08:50you'd be such a great Olivia it's not even the starring role mom I don't have time in my class
08:59schedule for drama okay I would like to introduce our new drama teacher Ms. Johnson she's going to
09:11help demonstrate these traditional dances which we will then all learn so with dancing there was real
09:20communication dancing allowed for intimate closeness and private conversation okay everyone come on up
09:41here now we're all gonna try it you know mr. Carlisle I can't really risk injuring myself
09:50in the offseason so if you injure yourself doing this then I'd highly reconsider calling yourself an

10:42self-centered guys who always have to be on top you can't go two seconds without putting someone else down and why
10:47because in some perverse way it makes you feel better
10:50I'm not all those things
10:56fine prove me wrong I had a kid cut himself on one of the pages of the play are you serious

11:53you
11:55Bye-bye.
11:55Hey!
12:24Hey.
12:26What, are you following me now?
12:29No.
12:30I just saw you coming back here and I thought I'd see what you were doing.
12:34Just exploring?
12:35My old school didn't have anything like this.
12:44Why?
12:46Why what?
12:49Why are you being nice all of a sudden?
12:52Why does it matter to you now?
12:55It doesn't.
13:00Okay.
13:01Um.
13:05Everyone around here knows me.
13:08But you don't.
13:11So?
13:15It's like one minute you're getting all over my case and then the next you're helping me.
13:21Am I supposed to apologize for that?
13:24No.
13:26I just.
13:28I don't do it.
13:29You did what you did.
13:31I helped you through math, okay?
13:32It's not that big of a deal.
13:34It is not that big of a deal.
13:34I mean, I wouldn't have helped.
13:39Oh, I know.
13:43Well, that's it for today.
13:46Uh, but I do have your next assignment.
13:49Now, here's what I want you to do.
13:50I want you to pick a place that has history, any place at all.
13:55City Hall, a museum, a monument.
13:58Go there and write about it and what it means to you.
14:02Um, how long does the paper have to be?
14:04Just two or three pages.
14:06Ugh.
14:07You can make it longer.
14:08Yeah, right.
14:11Due next week.
14:12Oh, I'm sorry.
14:30Oh, I'm sorry.
14:32You know Max, right?
14:35Why aren't you nicer to him?
14:37Me and Max grew up together.
14:39We're actually friends.
14:40Um, then he started getting into all this tech stuff and, I don't know, that's not really
14:45how I roll.
14:46So, we drifted apart.
14:50I mean, it's like you said.
14:53People change.
14:53Yeah, but there's a difference between changing and changing for the better.
15:03Go ahead.
15:05Thanks.
15:13I could have swore my keys were in my purse.
15:17Found them.
15:21Buy the spaghetti sauce.
15:23Of course.
15:25Any special requests?
15:27Um, chips and cereal.
15:31Of course.
15:32Okay.
15:33Thanks, Mom.
15:36Hi.
15:38Hi.
15:40Um, is Ashley here?
15:47What are you doing here?
15:50Um, I was just going to go do that history.
15:53Assignment.
15:55Have you started?
15:57Um, no.
16:00Well, I had a place if you wanted to go.
16:04Sounds good.
16:06Yeah, you should get out.
16:07You should get out a little bit.
16:09Um, I'll go get my shoes.
16:12My mom's grandpa flew one of these.
16:19Yeah?
16:19Uh, B-17.
16:25Flying fortress.
16:28Did he ever see any action?
16:32Yeah.
16:32He was, uh, he was flying over Germany when he was fired on.
16:35No way?
16:38Yeah.
16:39What did he do?
16:41Well, it tore through the whole side.
16:44Trapping one of his crew in the tail.
16:48He had five of his men bail, just in case he couldn't land the plane safely.
16:52And the rest of the men used their own parachutes to hold the tail on.
16:59Well, were they okay?
17:03Yeah, he, uh, he landed the plane safely.
17:07Well, always locked to the plane.
17:10He gave him a medal for it.
17:11Wow.
17:15It's a really cool story.
17:18It's not just a story.
17:21It really happened.
17:34Why did you ask me to go with you?
17:38I don't know.
17:39I just thought you might like it.
17:42I did.
17:44I'll see you at school.
17:46Yeah.
17:47It's good to write your paper.
17:48I won't.
17:50Her great-grandfather saved the plane and the men in it.
17:54To me, it used to be some war that happened years ago.
17:57But to others, it's a real event.
18:00That changes your perspective.
18:01Just like seeing that B-17 changed my perspective.
18:05It wasn't just a story.
18:07It was history.
18:09Well, hello.
18:18What brings you here?
18:21Just basking in a moment of triumph.
18:24One of my students is finally starting to get it.
18:27Oh, who?
18:30Nick Thomas.
18:31Very good.
18:34What the?
18:35What is this?
18:36A fog machine.
18:38I use it in some of the plays that I do.
18:41You know, I'm just being careful, you know?
18:43What kind of mother would I be if I let my daughter go out with just anyone?
18:46And it appeared that the British were going to beat the Americans badly.
18:53The British sent their ships to cut off and escape.
18:55All they had to do was track by me to make them surrender.
19:00And the whole thing...
19:01Oh, hey.
19:13Clumsy much?
19:14She pined and fought.
19:17And with a green and yellow melancholy, she sat.
19:21Like patience on a monument.
19:25Smiling at grief.
19:26Was not this love indeed?
19:32We men say more.
19:35Swear more.
19:37But indeed, our shows are more than will.
19:42For still we prove much in our vows.
19:45But little in our love.
19:51Hey, Mom.
19:51I can't find the keys to the...
19:53Oh.
19:55Keys to the house.
19:56Oh.
19:57We're just rehearsing a scene.
19:59Isn't Viola supposed to step back there at the end?
20:02Yeah, and Orsino should probably just stay put.
20:05Yeah.
20:06I'm gonna wait.
20:08Yeah.
20:14Did you see what that Ashley girl's wearing?
20:17Blah.
20:18Yeah, and her hair.
20:19Maxie!
20:21Hey, texting your mom?
20:23Cut her out.
20:24Oh, let's buy something.
20:26That looks good.
20:28Oops.
20:29How about this one, Meg?
20:30Hey, I love to shop.
20:31Stop.
20:32Hmm.
20:33I need new shoes.
20:35Pink, maybe?
20:38Hey.
20:40Let him go.
20:43Hey!
20:43I didn't finish.
20:44I didn't finish.
20:46You're done.
20:47Dude.
20:54What was that?
20:58You're freaking me out.
21:00It's nothing.
21:01Nothing?
21:01Did you see what you just did?
21:03Did you?
21:03I don't know what's going on with you, but just stop it.
21:10No.
21:11So you're gonna turn the loser on me?
21:13Why do you care?
21:14I don't.
21:16I'm not hanging around for this new Nick.
21:19We're through.
21:20Have fun crying yourself to sleep tonight.
21:22I think I'll be okay.
21:28How's Ashley handling the move?
21:31As well as can be expected.
21:32Uh, about five months ago.
21:37She had a ton of friends.
21:39She's a great student.
21:41Well, as great as any teenage girl can be who spends more time on the phone than doing homework.
21:45But, um, suddenly, I mean, completely out of the blue, everybody started to hate her.
21:56She had no idea why so many of her friends were pulling away, and, well, anyway, we found this, um, profile online.
22:07It was linked to all of her friends, everyone from her school.
22:13Someone was pretending to be her.
22:16And they were saying all these horrible things about everybody else, and, of course, everybody thought it was Ashley.
22:22Well, who was it?
22:24Two of my students.
22:26Two girls.
22:27Were they stopped?
22:30No.
22:32Even some of the adults started hearing what Ashley was supposedly saying.
22:36Absolutely unacceptable.
22:38She should be suspended if I had any say.
22:40What kind of daughter have you raised?
22:42Well, you should be ashamed of yourself and her.
22:48Lies spread faster than truth.
22:50I mean, in everyone's mind, Ashley was guilty.
22:52The truth didn't matter.
22:53Kids started shunning her at school.
22:56Then attacking her.
22:59I thought it was being sat online by the other girls.
23:01There was just so much hate.
23:03How long did this go on for?
23:05Two months.
23:08What did the attorney say?
23:09It wasn't good.
23:11It was just...
23:12This is gonna blow over, okay?
23:13We just need to...
23:13No, Mom, wake up!
23:14This isn't gonna blow over...
23:15No, we just...
23:16Ashley begged me to move.
23:25We left in the middle of the night, two days later.
23:29Julie, I'm so sorry.
23:31Don't be.
23:33Oh, not for me anyway.
23:36Is there anything I can do to help, or...?
23:38Now, just be patient with her.
23:41She's a good kid.
23:43Just gonna take a little while for her to open back up.
23:48Thanks for your help.
23:50Thanks for the pizza.
23:52Hey, um...
23:52Why'd those girls do it?
23:57Ashley was cast as the lead in a play.
24:00She used to love theater.
24:02I even had two other faculty members decide on who to cast,
24:05just to make sure I wasn't inadvertently giving her special treatment,
24:07but...
24:08one of those girls really wanted the part.
24:12Wait a minute.
24:13All of it because of that?
24:15Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
24:19And we're talking about teenage girls.
24:22Hey.
24:29Hi.
24:30Um, what are you doing?
24:33Uh, just studying.
24:35Oh, would you like to take a break?
24:41Uh, sure.
24:47You ready for this?
24:49Yeah, I guess so.
24:50You're not scared of heights or anything, are you?
24:53No.
24:54Okay.
24:55So, what you're gonna wanna do is...
24:57use these grips,
24:59and, well,
25:01just climb with your legs,
25:02and try not to fall.
25:02Okay, this isn't rocket science.
25:04Should be able to manage.
25:06Wanna race?
25:07Oh, yeah.
25:07Okay.
25:08You're pretty good at rock,
25:23but...
25:25how is your balance?
25:27My balance?
25:28Oh, yeah.
25:29What?
25:29I think it's time.
25:30They say it's what you make.
25:32I say it's love to fade.
25:34It's woven in my soul.
25:37I need to let you go.
25:40Your eyes, they shout so bright.
25:42I wanna save that life.
25:45I can't escape this now.
25:48Unless you show me how.
25:51What do you do?
25:52I keep looking to the sky.
25:55It's where my demons hide
25:58It's where my demons hide
26:01Don't do something
26:04Don't do something
26:06It's where my demons hide
26:09It's where my demons hide
26:12So I was at the mall the other day
26:16and I saw these really cute, like, lace yellow
26:25Hey
26:36What's up with you?
26:39Don't give me any of that crap
26:40You're not a saint
26:41So this whole change is what?
26:44A fake?
26:46Oi, are you just trying to score with that Ashley chick?
26:48Hey, man
26:48Watch it
26:50Then what's really going on?
26:51Nothing
26:52Yeah, I keep telling yourself that
26:53You're being a wuss
26:54Don't forget who you are, man
26:56I'm not
26:58Maybe I like who I am better when I'm with her
27:01Hey

29:11Ooh, that one's cute.
29:13Whoa, Carrie.

29:24Okay, cool.
29:25I'll see you later, probably.
29:26I'll get your number.
29:28Maybe.
29:28Maybe.
29:35Guess what?
29:35Oh, yeah.
29:36Hey!
29:38Everyone's amazing.
29:39It's serious.
29:40Hey!
29:42All right.
29:42Oh!
29:45Oh!
29:47Oh!
29:50I'm sorry.
29:51You a dick?
29:52Yeah.
29:53Sorry.

29:55Oh!
29:55Oh!
29:57Oh!
29:58Oh!
29:59Oh!
29:59Oh!
30:01Oh!
30:01Oh!
30:02Oh!
30:02Oh!
30:02Oh!
30:03Oh!
30:03Oh!
30:04Oh!
30:05Hey!
30:14No.
30:18That little slut!
30:20Who?
30:22Is that?
30:23No way.
30:26Look who's here.
30:29Ashley.
30:31You know her?
30:35Stop.
30:41Heather, are you telling me?
30:43Uh, sure.
30:46Good luck.
30:47Thanks.
30:48Nick.
30:50Hey.
30:51We need to talk.
30:53Yeah, well, I'm a little wet, so...
30:55You need to see this.
31:05Hi, Ashley.
31:15What are you doing here?
31:17You didn't move far enough away.
31:19People still talk about you at home, you know.
31:21About what you did.
31:23I didn't do any of those things.
31:25Yeah.
31:26That doesn't really matter, does it?
31:29I can't believe you!
31:30How could you?
31:31You ruined my mind!
31:32Stop, okay?
31:33Look, you got what you wanted.
31:35Just leave me alone.
31:36But what's the fun in that?
31:39Why?
31:41Why me?
31:42Why not?
31:43You got in my way.
31:44You are so messed up.
31:48You're so horrible!
31:49You should be ashamed!
31:50Well, I'm not.
31:51Okay?
31:52And if you think that you can blackmail me here, you're wrong.
31:54I didn't think anyone would have a reason to blackmail you.
32:01This is a very different side of you.
32:05What?
32:06Darren gained 15 pounds over this weekend making out with donuts.
32:12Did you Photoshop this?
32:17I caught Libby in the closet with a janitor.
32:19What a hoe.
32:21Lisa, if you don't get some gum, I'm gonna start Lysol in your mouth.
32:25It's funny.
32:28Yeah, it's a very interesting profile you have here, Ashley.
32:32Johnson.
32:33I didn't say any of those things.
32:36Oh, really?
32:37You're just gonna pretend that you had nothing to do with this?
32:40Do you know how many people you hurt back home?
32:42And now you're trying to do it over again here!
32:49Nick.
32:50Please listen.
32:51No, Ashley.
32:53I'm done listening to all your crap.
32:55Okay?
32:56Your crap about the way I act
32:58makes me feel like I've done everything wrong.
33:01Yet here you are.
33:03Biggest hypocrite of all.
33:05Been so busy judging everyone else,
33:07you never really stop to look at yourself.
33:09Nick, you have no idea what you're talking about.
33:11You're such a fake!
33:12Get out of here!
33:13Yeah, no one wants you here anyway.
33:18Just go, Ashley.
33:19Ashley?
33:20Ashley?
33:21Ashley?
33:22Ashley?
33:23Ashley?
33:24Ashley, what happened?
33:26Ashley?
33:35Ashley!
33:36Ashley!
33:39Ashley, what happened?
33:40Ashley!
33:42Ashley, what happened?
34:10Ashley, what happened?
34:12Ashley, what happened?
34:14Ashley, what happened?
34:16And then she falls in.
34:18Hey, look, there she is!
34:20That's so embarrassing.
34:22I'm gonna stay home.
34:24I love you so much.
34:26I love you so much.
34:28I love you so much.
34:30Did you see her last night?
34:34It's so embarrassing.
34:36What?
34:38What?
34:40Thank you, sir.
34:46Hey, Ashley.
34:48Are you alright?
34:50Yeah.
34:52I saw the video of what happened the other day.
34:54I'm so sorry, I-
34:56You're a hoe, you know that?
34:58Just leave me alone. How could you be so mean to my cousin?
35:00I wasn't.
35:02And I'm willing to bet that you know that.
35:04Yep, but that's just our secret.
35:06Hey.
35:08Next time you insult my family, you better be ready to face me.
35:10Got it?
35:12Mel said it took her a couple months to run you out of town.
35:14I'm betting I can do it in a matter of days.
35:16I'm betting I can do it in a matter of days.
35:18I'm betting I can do it in a matter of days.
35:22And whenuming...
35:24I got my farm in a matter of days why we think...
35:26Кар geo being here...
35:28I'm betting I can angry out of you.
35:32You're betting i'm betting I know you can.
35:35You're betting.
35:36Why do you have to know your geographic value?
35:37I bet you're betting you're betting but that's all right.
35:39What else can I do?
35:46Nice locker!
35:49I thought you wanted the pink one.
35:54I can't believe you trashed my locker.
35:55I don't know what you're talking about.
35:56Drop the act.
35:57It wasn't me.
35:58Okay, fine.
35:58Then you had someone do it for you.
35:59Maybe, maybe not.
36:00You'll never know.
36:01Why are you doing this to me?
36:02Do I need a reason?
36:04Now get out of here.
36:08You can't walk with me!
36:15Stop it.
36:16That is enough.
36:19I expect better behavior than this from the both of you.
36:22You're the last two girls I would expect to be fighting.
36:24She vandalized my locker.
36:25I would never do something like that.
36:27She probably did it herself.
36:29Have you seen what she did at her old school to get attention?
36:31Oh, stop it.
36:32Look at all the mean things she's saying.
36:34That's a lie.
36:35Miss Tanner, I've grown up here.
36:36You know me.
36:37Does this sound like me?
36:38Ashley, I know you're new here and your mother was sketchy on your history.
36:42But at my school, we don't stand idly by while one student hurts another.
36:45I didn't start this.
36:46Oh, please!
36:47You did it before!
36:48Ashley?
36:51What's going on here?
36:52Oh, my God.
36:56Oh, my God.
37:12Max, did you see where Ashley went?
37:22Yeah, she went that way.
37:24Thanks.
37:26Wait, what's going on?
37:30Ashley?
37:32I'm done.
37:33I can't do this anymore.
37:35I spoke to Miss Tanner.
37:40It's going to be okay.
37:43Does she believe you?
37:48See?
37:49It's just happening all over again.
37:51Why?
37:52Why?
37:52Why is this happening to me?
37:54I don't know.
37:58But we're going to fight this.
37:59Why, Mom?
38:01There's no point.
38:02Nobody believes me.
38:03It doesn't matter what I say.
38:05And you know, none of this would have happened if it weren't for you.
38:11Ashley, that's not fair.
38:12No.
38:12Mom, you're the one that was always saying what a good student I was and praising me.
38:17No wonder they came after me.
38:19You know, if it wasn't you, it was going to be somebody else.
38:23You know how many times I wish that?
38:27I bet you do.
38:29That you're dating Mr. Carlisle.
38:31Are you trying to make this worse for me?
38:33We're not dating.
38:34It sure looks like you are.
38:36Look.
38:39Ashley.
38:40If you want to blame me, fine.
38:42I'm...
38:42I'm okay with that.
38:44But better yet, blame the girls that are at fault here.
38:49Blame Alana and Mel and now Carrie.
38:52If it makes you feel any better, blame everybody who never believed the truth.
38:57I'm sure there's plenty of blame to go around.
39:02But whatever you do,
39:04do not give them the satisfaction of tearing us apart, too.
39:13I'm sorry.
39:14You know, maybe we...
39:29We shouldn't have run before.
39:31We gave them exactly what they wanted.
39:33I'm so tired of it all.
39:36I know.
39:38I don't know.
39:40I don't know what to do.
39:41Well, whatever you do,
39:45whatever you decide,
39:47if you stay or go,
39:50fight or run,
39:52we're gonna do it together, okay?
39:59Okay.
40:00Okay.
40:03I love you, Mom.
40:04I love you, too.
40:05It's okay.
40:09It's okay.
40:20Thank you, Kylie.
40:21That was interesting.
40:22Hey, Nick.
40:27You wanna go see a movie later tonight?
40:31No.
40:33Nick.
40:34What?
40:35Have you seen Ashley?
40:36No, and I don't want to.
40:39I can't believe you think she'd do that.
40:42And you don't.
40:43I know her better than that.
40:45I don't buy it.
40:46Okay, well, you're the only one.
40:48Look, man, I saw it.
40:49I saw what she wrote online.
40:50Just because you heard something new about her
40:51doesn't mean that it's true.
40:53Well, it doesn't mean that it's not.
40:55Does any of it even sound like the Ashley
40:56that you know?
40:57Okay, look, she was pretending.
40:59Why?
41:00I mean, obviously, people hated her
41:02for the crap that was written.
41:04It's a little hurt.
41:05Why wouldn't she take it down?
41:06Look, I don't know.
41:07My guess is that it was a fake account.
41:09Look, whatever.
41:12Remember that rumor you started about me?
41:15I'll put Principal Tanner
41:16on the FBI's most wanted list.
41:18Yeah?
41:18So?
41:20What's spread faster?
41:22That rumor or me trying to say I didn't do it?
41:28Just give her the benefit of the doubt.
41:37Can I help you?
42:01Um, yeah, is Ashley here?
42:04She wasn't feeling up to school today.
42:05Okay.
42:07Is she here?
42:09Did she answer?
42:11No.
42:12Then no.
42:15Okay, look, I just...
42:16I just want to talk to her.
42:18Yeah.
42:32Yeah, look, I was stupid, okay?
42:56I heard some things about you and I just, I assumed they were true.
43:02But I don't know what happened to you before you moved here.
43:09But if I'm gonna hear it from anyone, I'd rather it be you.
43:12Well, you sure seemed like you knew everything at the party.
43:15I was stupid.
43:21You can be mad at me.
43:22I mean, obviously you are, but if it helps, throw it at me.
43:28Feel better?
43:35No.
43:38There's only one thing I can think of that'll help.
43:42Telling everybody off?
43:44Do you really think that they'd care?
43:47Maybe, I mean, I did when you called me out on being, well, me.
44:00I just, I gotta leave this place behind.
44:05Are you thinking of moving?
44:10I want to.
44:15I don't know.
44:21Stay.
44:26Please?
44:32You have no idea what I'm gonna face if I stay.
44:36I'll be right here with you.
44:38You said it yourself, you don't even know what happened.
44:40It doesn't matter.
44:45I know you.
45:03Mine went further.
45:13Hey.
45:15Hi.
45:16I didn't know you played.
45:18Oh, I don't.
45:20I just figured my life's pretty much a country song anyway, so might as well learn.
45:25Well, I brought you missing homework assignments.
45:31Gee, thanks.
45:33Hey, you're welcome.
45:35Oh, and your video presentation is due in history.
45:39Oh my gosh, I haven't even started on that.
45:43Well, would you like some help?
45:46Hey, Max.
45:47Yes, Nick.
45:49So, I was wondering if you could help us with something.
45:53Yeah, yeah, we're over at Ashley's.
45:55Okay.
45:56Should've been ready.
45:57Okay.
45:58I think this could work.
46:03Yeah, it's perfect.
46:04I guess you're missing.
46:05Max, this is great.
46:14All right.
46:15Thanks.
46:16You sure you can pull this off?
46:17Oh, hacking into the school network is cake.
46:44Hey, you ready?
46:46I think so.
46:48Don't worry.
46:49You're going to be great.
46:53Okay.
46:54Let's do this.
47:00All right.
47:03Continuing with our video presentations, history and your life.
47:09Ashley.
47:14Hi, my name is Ashley Johnson, not Evans.
47:29I changed my name when I moved here and I'll get to why later.
47:33But the event in history that I want to talk about happened in many parts of the world.
47:37It happened over 300 years ago and resulted in the deaths from anywhere to 50,000 to 100,000 people.
47:44In colonial Massachusetts, this event started in a village called Salem, where these girls started having fits.
47:50And these fits disturbed local authorities.
47:52What's wrong with these crazy girls?
47:57There's witches.
47:59No, three witches.
48:00They put a curse on us.
48:01Well, bring the witches here.
48:08So, you're a witch.
48:11No, I'm not.
48:12Too bad.
48:13That's the story we're going with.
48:15But it's not true.
48:16Well, we'll see.
48:18Drown her.
48:19If she floats to the top and is alive, she's a witch.
48:23Well, if she survives that, then how do we execute her?
48:28Well, hang on.
48:29But what if I die from drowning?
48:33Well, then.
48:35Well, I guess you're innocent.
48:37The girls' accusations led to a chain of hysteria.
48:44Over 200 people were accused of witchcraft and 20 were hung.
48:48And the colony eventually admitted that the witch trials were a mistake.
48:52But you're probably wondering how this bit of history relates to my life.
48:58I used to think that the history didn't really matter.
49:03You know that you could just forget the past, ignore it, and move on.
49:10But where I lived before I came here, it wasn't enough that I was a good person.
49:16All it took were those that wanted to ruin my reputation.
49:19I was accused of terrible things.
49:23And I did none of them.
49:25All it took were two girls and false accusations.
49:30In a matter of days, I lost most of my friends.
49:35A couple of my closest ones held on for a few more weeks.
49:39But people were believing the lie so much that they started attacking me.
49:45And other than my mom, I had no one to believe in me.
49:51So, we ran away.
49:55And it didn't help like I thought it would.
49:58And for those of you that have heard anything about me in the last few days,
50:01you already know that.
50:07And if history's taught me anything,
50:09it's that there are those people out there that love to watch others suffer.
50:13loyalty fades under pressure.
50:15Loyalty fades under pressure.
50:16And there are very few nights out there that are willing to fight for you.
50:22But they are out there.
50:23But you know what?
50:26And if history's taught me anything,
50:29it's that there are those people out there that love to watch others suffer.
50:33Loyalty fades under pressure.
50:36And there are very few nights out there that are willing to fight for you.
50:39but they are out there but you know what my past it isn't the end of the world
50:50better things are in store i just have to fight for them
50:57so i'm standing up i'm not going to sit here and wait for someone to come forward and admit
51:02that they made a mistake enough is enough i'm not going to bow down to those that get a thrill
51:07from watching me suffer in salem all it took to destroy someone that you didn't like was to call
51:16them a witch today you just just make up some other lie essentially i have been accused of being a witch
51:27no matter what i say the witch trials find me guilty
51:31but i know what happened
51:32so i guess it's up to you to decide whether you want to think and feel for yourself
51:40or wait till i drown mystery is what you make of it right
51:45so i'm making sure that mine is the truth
52:05hi my name is ashley johnson you're a witch
52:09no i'm not i was accused of terrible things so i'm standing up enough is enough history is what
52:16you make of it right so i'm making sure that mine is the truth
52:23all it took were two girls and false accusations
52:26you want to say something to me say it to my face
52:41that's them
52:43so
52:57So, now that things are fine with you and Ashley, um, do you think you would crank up
53:15the awkwardness if you and I went out on a date?
53:21Yes, definitely.
53:27She's a strong girl, she can handle it, besides I think she likes the street.
53:37She was just kind of a...
53:40Say it to her.
53:42I'm a dy lettest, she'll be.
53:44I had a few days before she came to sleep, I was like just a kid, sad to not be like,
53:50should I have to do this?
53:53She was like a girl, why às please do this?
53:56I had to do it, it's a good day.
53:57So, now that this episode of the movie is a great story.
53:58So, now that things are going to be like,
54:00we can do this.
54:01So, now we can do this.
54:02And we can do this.
54:02It's a good, cool thing.
54:04It's a bad thing.
