00:00Since I was named president six years ago, I've had a lot of people telling me how to run a wrestling company.
00:05And while I appreciate their contributions, it's time for a change.
00:12We've had a lot of great things going on in this company.
00:15We've made a lot of changes in the last few months that I'm sure you've seen, and we made a bigger change even last week.
00:21I can assure you that we'll have more changes coming in the coming weeks and the coming months as well.
00:28Nobody likes drastic change.
00:30Nobody likes big moves.
00:32I understand that.
00:33And it affects different people different ways.
00:36And while I respect that those of you out there might have differing opinions of the decisions that I'm making, I expect you to support me 100%.
00:49When you question things in this company, you're questioning me.
00:55And I cannot allow that to happen.
00:57Business is about choices.
01:01I've made the choice to put my finances, my reputation, my passion, my love behind each and every one of you and this company.
01:12And it's time for you to do the same thing.
01:14You have a choice to make.
01:15You can choose to support me.
01:19You can choose to support the direction TNA is going.
01:24Or you can choose not to.
01:26But you'll need to find another place to work.
01:29It's time for us to swing for the fences.
01:32It really is.
01:33No great success comes without risk.
01:37And I'm great with that.
01:38I hope you are, too.
01:42Now's our time.
01:45I look out on the faces that have made this company, and you've made me very proud.
01:50But this is a test.
01:51So I'm asking all of you to step it up in every way possible.
