01:01Sayyidi, how exactly to make intention to do mulid with intention of Shaykh Abdullah Faiz
01:07al-Ghastani as you mentioned yesterday, how exactly to do that for a beginner?
01:11Yeah again there is no exact, it's exactly what we taught.
01:17So any naqshbandi who understood and just heard what we said that, that from the reality
01:24Shaykh Abdullah Faiz al-Ghastani make intention to do Mawlidun Nabi ﷺ and you just recite
01:31that.
01:32We're making intention for Mawlidun Nabi ﷺ under the order of Mawlidun Shaykh Abdullah Faiz
01:37al-Ghastani, Sultan Awliya Shaykh Muhammad Nazim Haqqani and all Mawlidun Shaykh of the
01:42tariqah and we're making Mawlid.
01:45But that was not only you make the Mawlid but attend the Shaykh's Mawlid and that's why
01:50three days a week the Mawlid is being broadcast.
01:53So three days a week with the Shaykh's connection is making intention under that intention.
02:03So that's to show them the importance of the power of that ma'fil that's going out
02:09and what type of dress and barakah is dressing that association.
02:14And then when they make the Mawlids in person then alhamdulillah it's in its attendance through
02:21the broadcast and through physicality is an immense blessing.
02:26And when they're travelling and going around and then people say ah I'm busy right now
02:30I can't you know host the Mawlid they don't understand what that was that they turned down.
02:35So that's for the understanding of the teaching and when somebody else is watching and having
02:41the broadcast in their home alhamdulillah and if they want to have a Mawlid at their home
02:48with their children and relatives alhamdulillah but that one they're less interested in teaching
02:57about because anytime you open your home to an association and your shaykh is not there
03:03you're opening your house to an abode of fitna because we're 30 years into this game we understand
03:11what happens.
03:12As soon as you open your house and you know five people come or maybe ten people come
03:17that somebody's going to show up and he's going to want to teach he's going to want
03:20to talk he's going to want to redirect everybody in a different direction and then you have
03:25a lot of problems on how to control that.
03:28That's why the easiest association just you put your children and loved ones where you
03:33just play the Mawlid recite some of the Mawlids that you want and no problem and the easiest
03:38is then just turn on the live and attend the majlis live.
03:43But once you do something and few people show up in days of where there's no mask and before
03:49you know it somebody will try to speak and somebody will try to sort of hijack the association
03:54and becomes a different issue and different difficulty inshaAllah.

04:04If we are having difficulty with our health and it stops us from doing meditation, what can
04:09we do to overcome this and keep doing what is needed for the soul?
04:14Walaykum as salaam, I think you have to email us at helpmeatnurmuhammad.com because I can't
04:25think of anything offhand that would stop you from meditation because it's the least amount
04:31of activity.
04:32You're just sitting and connecting your heart and if you're not healthy you're probably
04:38sitting all the time.
04:41So it's a matter of using that time and the effort that you have into connecting your heart,
04:46doing your zikr and learning how to do your khafi zikr, silent zikr and asking for an energy
04:53and support and that's even beneficial for your health and to improve the energy that coming
04:59upon the body to assist it in its healing inshaAllah.
05:02But if it's specifically something in your health then you have to email and we try to
05:08figure that out at that time inshaAllah.
05:11As salaamu alaykum Sayyidi Walaykum as salaamu alaykum Sayyidi, what is the importance of water?
05:19What is the reality behind feeling tremendous energy and phase after drinking water sometimes?
05:25Alhamdulillah.
05:26Yeah, a lot of blessings on water that Allah on my that my throne is upon the water.
05:38It's an angelic reality of stable energy and has a tremendous might and izzah in that reality
05:47and ma'i is meem and alif and then Allah described that my throne is upon this ma'i.
05:55So it means that there must be an immense power and immense reality in water and when water
06:03comes into insan it's an angelic force.
06:07If they do it with recitations and with making their prayers it's an angelic force that comes
06:13within their body.
06:15Their zikr, their meditation again then is geared towards why the meditation and all the practices
06:22of meditation is then to understand that 70% of your body is water.
06:28So when you're doing your meditation, doing your zikr you're changing the power of that
06:33water within your being.
06:35So that shaitan doesn't hijack that blood and that your zikr and your energy begin to
06:41energize that blood and then that becomes the energy that's going to the heart, from
06:46the heart go to the breath, from the breath goes to all of the organs, means everything
06:50going to be dressed by the reality of that blood and the condition and the purity of the
06:55heart.
06:56So it plays an immense importance in the reality of insan.
07:02The water on the outside has an angelic force in which to burn away shayateen on the outside.
07:10Once they understood that and brought the water inside then they have the ability to burn the
07:16shaitan on the inside because their purity of their water, the du'a upon the water,
07:21it comes in with a divine fire in which to burn away shayateen.
07:27And then their zikr and their meditation energizes all of their blood again which is 70% water
07:33of their body.
07:34So again all of that is the inner reality of how to make wudu and how to cleanse and
07:40how to bring that energy out.
07:43So inshaAllah it's a deep reality from our elements, water has an immense importance.
07:50And then we have our earthly element and the importance of that earth we have the air and
07:58the breath that Allah gave to us and our fiery nature.
08:04So understanding these elements then is important in tariqah and the way towards ma'rifah.
08:12That's why you can put out fire with earth and with water and that's why Prophet ﷺ
08:18brought for us wudu or tayyamah because the clean soil, sand or the murh that we use for
08:29our practices that clean soil and sand you can make wudu and the clay and the sand burns
08:37away the shayateen, stops the fire of shaitan.
08:41As well as the power that Allah put within ma'i and the ma'i pulls away that.
08:47So when they balance their earthly reality and they understood on how to ignite the water
08:53of their reality, they're able to contain the fire that is coming upon them and not
08:59to be narani, not to be fiery and angry because these are the things that bring down your fire.
09:07As a result of controlling their fire reality then Allah gives power to their breath because
09:14then when they're breathing and they have control of their physical energy, they have control
09:20of the water within their reality, Allah then ignites their breathing with a divine nafas
09:26al-rahmah .
09:28Their breath becomes of a divine qudra and power as they're breathing and that becomes
09:33the great mizan , the scale that is able to balance.
09:37Insan is the great scale of Allah , that their clay they can balance with their clay
09:44the fire and the water of their reality.
09:48So their clay form can balance that.
09:52Where Allah when He made the jinn and the jinn thought that they were very powerful and
09:56shaitan came against this creation, he lacked the understanding of what type of reality Allah
10:04would put into this clay form.
10:07That it wasn't just clay that you can come and go out of it but it was a mizan and a
10:13scale because only the clay had an element in which to hold water.
10:19Because as soon as you put water on clay angelic things grow, that's why when you put water
10:25on soil flowers and things come to life.
10:30So as soon as water touches this creation everything comes to life with them.
10:36At the same time because of that creation it can also contain the fire of shaitan and the
10:43jinn element within insan and that he didn't understand because his nature was just fire.
10:49He can't take water because water will extinguish him.
10:53So the great creation of Allah is Insan that if they reach towards that mizan and the scale
11:00where they hold fire in one hand and hold water in another hand, Allah will breathe onto him
11:07from his spirit in which they are far more powerful than these shaitans and these jinn.
11:14Shaitan couldn't see that because they have the jinn element within them, they have angelic
11:21elements within them and they have the breath of Allah .

11:37What is the easiest way for me to protect myself from negative energies and entities?
11:41Walaykum as salaam, that's a difficult job especially in difficult times because there's
11:49too many people with the very very negative energies attacking them and if you can visualize
11:57an energies like wound up too much, you take a rubber band and wind it a thousand times
12:04it's about to snap and as soon as you let it goes , start twirling.
12:10The energy on people is like that, that they are so wound up, so much in difficulty that
12:19when you're near them that energy will reflect onto the people.
12:24So psychiatrists, psychologists they have the highest suicide rate because they don't
12:30understand energy and when they're dealing with these energies they're going home and
12:36killing themselves because they don't understand how energy dress them, depression dress them,
12:42anxiety dress them, all of these characteristics that is upon that servant is dressing that
12:48one trying to heal them.
12:51So the tariqah comes and teaches, one you have to be very careful and two you have to
12:56keep a certain amount of distance always then your energy practices, you have to keep your
13:01wudu, have to keep your ta'weez, have to keep your salah, have to keep all your
13:05practices and definitely when you go home you wash so that to wash away any type of negativity
13:12that has come upon you and make a strong strong connection with the shaykhs so that you have
13:17a faiz and an energy sort of dressing upon the servant inshaAllah.

13:29What is the significance of the 15th of Ramadan with regards to the awliya?
13:3415th of Ramadan inshaAllah the birthday of Imam al-Hassan ibn Ali Abu Muhammad al-Mujtaba
13:42that we talked from just Sifatul Rahman when Allah creating these lights and the reality
13:50of all lights in the form of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ is Quraatul Ayni Jattal Hassani wal
13:57Hussaini that the beatific light that makes the eyes of Sayyidina Muhammad ﷺ one of them
14:05is the light of Imam al-Hassan and Allah dressed that light with the Sifatul Rahman.
14:15So imagine all the realities of Sifatul Rahman and that is a dress on the light of the soul
14:21of Imam al-Hassan .
14:24And that's why Allah implored us to have and ask for the dunya hasanat and when we
14:30ask for dunya hasanat means then we want from this light of Sifatul Rahman, we want from
14:36the light of Prophet ﷺ and the light of Imam al-Hassan that Prophet ﷺ has partitioned
14:44of him his reality of Insaniq Kamil to the reality of his grandchild Imam al-Hassan .
14:54That is of an immense reality of that dress, that light, that blessing that Allah perfect
15:01our light in dunya and the other eye for Imam al-Hussain under Sifatul Raheem Allah gave
15:08the secret when we say, Ya Rahman by the haqq and the reality of what our Rahman is dressing
15:15in the reality of Imam al-Hassan's soul that Allah had created.
15:21And Allah created these anciently, it does… that's why the malakut to dunya people doesn't
15:26make sense, they think that something in dunya then Allah will name it.
15:31Allah created it before He made the form.
15:34In the world of light when Allah established what this light would be, all of these realities
15:41were already established and Allah named them based on what the secret of it is supposed
15:46to be.
15:47And then later when it came to earth then people were made aware and certain people were made
15:54aware of the physical reality of this creation that Allah has made.
16:02Which again is immense, Ya Hanan, Ya Hanan when we're singing Ya Hanan, Ya Hananna, Ya Hananna,
16:09Ya Hananna bi zuhur Nabi Ahmad.
16:15Means how these awliyaullah are singing these songs that Ya Hananna means everybody be happy,
16:21everybody be happy because you don't understand what this means when Allah sent the zuhur and
16:27the presence of Nabi Ahmad ﷺ.
16:31From that reality of the ocean of souls that we have no understanding what Allah sent into
16:37this physical world called Muhammad ﷺ.
16:40So, their knots are all about the reality of these salawats and all of these are immense
16:48reality that people be happy, be happy.
16:50Because Allah sent an immense reality upon this earth on a form that we know as Sayyidina
16:57Muhammad ﷺ.
16:58Who Fi Sama' is Nabi Ahmad ﷺ.
17:03So, that's immense that that immense light they were astonished that going to be sent on
17:09to this earth.
17:11So, all of these are just immense realities from the world of malakut, the world of light
17:17inshaAllah.
17:18Subhana rabbika rabbal izzati amal yasifun.
17:20Wa salaamun ala al-mursaleen.
17:22Walhamdulillahi rabbil alameen.
17:23Bi hurmati Muhammad al-Mustafa wa bi siri Surat al-Fatiha.
