00:44Economy Planning and Development Secretary Arsenio Balizacan admits, to meet the government's
00:49target growth range, the economy will have to grow by around 6.8% in the fourth quarter.
00:55He adds, quote, given the shocks that are happening at the moment and are expected to linger in
00:59the remaining weeks and before the year ends, that's quite challenging.
