00:00The Dingbo team serviced a university's backup generator today.

00:04It's 500 kilowatt spot and used in 201 with Uche Engine Stanford generator and Dingbo controller.

00:10Step 1. Replace coolant.

00:13Drain all old water from the radiator first.

00:16Add coolant and water in the right ratio.

00:18This keeps the generator cooling well when running.

00:21Step 2. Change engine oil.

00:24The old oil we drained is really dark.

00:27Drain it all then replace the oil filter.

00:29Fill with new oil it lubricates, cleans, the engine reduces wear and extends life.

00:34Step 3. Replace battery.

00:36Take out the old battery put in a new one.

00:39This ensures enough power so the generator starts right away if main power cuts out.

00:44Final step. Test run.

00:46Start it up.

00:47Listen to the sound. All parameters are normal.

00:50Done.
