01:31contractor powers, a form of supernatural ability but at the cost of their conscience. Contractors

01:49success in countless assassinations. However, unlike other contractors, he still retained some of

01:56his human emotions. He deeply cares for his sister and is on a search for her.

03:31even if it requires brute force.

03:46Codebreaker shows off their ruthless MC from the very start by burning people alive in public. He may seem

03:53kind and quiet at school, but when it comes to his work for Eden, he becomes a ruthless killer.

03:59He has his own justice and concept of evil, and he will kill anyone who fits his criteria of evil.

04:05However, he is a kind individual, at least towards animals, and does show care towards some in his

04:11own unusual ways. He even risked his life to protect Sakura that he seems to have an interest for

04:17because he couldn't burn her.

04:33This anime has a unique story where a newborn was sacrificed to the demons by a samurai lord in

04:39exchange for full dominance on the battlefield. The newborn's body was split between 48 demons and would

04:45normally kill the kid. Luckily, he was given a second chance at life by a doctor who provided him

04:51with prosthetics and weapons. The main story is the journey of this boy, becoming fully human again

04:57by reclaiming his organs by slaying the demons that have them, and eventually take revenge on those who

05:02put him in such state. It's only given that he grows up to be ruthless when deprived of his senses,

05:09but he did learn the warmth and kindness and love from Nioh, even if it was short-lived.

05:14This protagonist is essentially the Jesus of this anime, a badass that is extremely powerful to

05:33the point that he can even revive the dead. Due to the high-end magical treatment he underwent as a child,

05:39coupled with the experience of living as a weapon, he was deprived of many emotions with the exception

05:45for his sister. As a result he has no qualms with brutally executing any enemy that puts his sister

05:51in danger as seen in this battle, where he quickly eliminates the terrorist group in a matter of minutes.

05:56This is an isekai where a salaryman ends up in the body of a little girl in a world where men and

06:11women are not equal. However, being forced to talk in a young girl's voice isn't enough to stop him in

06:17securing the lifestyle he wants. He is intelligent and talented, so he joins the military as it's the

06:24only sector where men and women are treated equally, providing him with the opportunity to progress

06:29up the ranks. For this purpose he becomes a ruthless killer that priorities his safety and career

06:34success to progress quickly through the ranks to ensure an easy life. Unfortunately his quick

06:40progression backfires, as now he is considered a valuable asset at the front lines due to his

06:45overwhelming skills in combat. Drifters is another isekai pitting the followers of Jesus against

07:05Samurais fighting for Hitler's people. The MC is from the Samurai era and as a Samurai should, he isn't

07:12afraid of killing. He isn't afraid of dying if it means taking down his enemies along with him. However,

07:17he is not cold-hearted either. He has his own beliefs on what is right and does everything to

07:22protect that. When he wants to punish his enemies, he can be extremely ruthless as shown in this fight

07:28where he doesn't kill the enemy straight away, but make sure he suffers as much as possible,

07:33making even the arrogant soldier cower in fear.

07:52Post time skip Eren takes the number one spot for ruthless because of the pure brutality and terror

07:58he brought upon his opponents. This is the pinnacle of character development, a complete shift from a

08:05screaming idealistic teen to a cunning, calculative and ruthless soldier. He didn't have a single

08:12ounce of fear when his titan head was chopped off by the Warhammer titan, instead he was already

08:17calculating his next steps. He brutally used the jaw titan to destroy his own ally, he even uses kids as

08:24hostage, transforms without a care for their safety, and has zero reaction to the mountain of dead bodies

08:31he left behind. And this is all just the beginning to the destruction that this shonen protagonist is
