07:24because he is so unsatisfied with the crest given to him,

07:27as he wanted more power.

07:29So, now in a new body,

07:31he has ultimately received a magic crest,

07:34but everyone in this world calls it the weakest,

07:37as magic has pretty much weakened in this world,

07:40and people can barely even cast basic spells.

07:43However, Matthias is different in the sense that he has mastered magic,

07:48and using his crest,

07:50he is too powerful to even begin with.

07:52To everyone else,
