00:00Once I put my hand up, the amount of help that I have received, seriously, I cannot
00:09turn around and say, I've got no help. Because if you want the help, if you're thirsty for
00:14it, the help is helpful. You've only got to ask. And that's a big point that I'm trying
00:19to get out to veterans, is I'm not talking about information that I've read on a pamper,
00:25on a coffee table. I'm not talking about a university degree. I'm talking life experiences.
00:30I've been in the darkest place. I've been suicidal. And then I've realised that I'm worth fighting
00:36for. I've got something that's worth fighting for. In your darkest hours, you've only got
00:42to put your hand up and say, you know what, I'm going to give this a crack. Because, hate
00:46to say it, what have you got to lose? You're in a dark place, you're going to have a go
00:51of it, and you might surprise yourself. And I challenge everyone, take a moment out of
00:55your day, get a bit of paper, and just write down what you've achieved in 12 months. It
01:00can be anything. Write down, and I guarantee you it'll fill up both sides of the boat. It's
01:05an incredible journey, and I'm glad I'm still here.
01:21I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad I'm here.
