00:00Congratulations on the Sparks doc by the way. I loved that. I thought it was brilliant and I've been stood here tonight listening to this music and I keep thinking about how much of a kind of curator of music you've become as a director. It's not even a question. I just wanted to say that to you.
00:14Let's talk about this one. I'm afraid that's what we've got time for guys. And good night. When people think of you, when I think of you, I think of you as an original and obviously Scott Pilgrim had the comic books already and there was a foray into Ant-Man.
00:29What was it about this kind of story that made you kind of turn your back on your own creations and think I'm going to commit a couple of years to this?
00:38Well, I loved the book since I was a kid and I'm a huge Stephen King fan. So the chance to work on a Stephen King adaptation was like a gift. I'm really excited to do it and I'm really proud of the movie.
00:49So, you know, I think it's nice to go between like original scripts and adaptations.
00:53And quickly, there's a lot of like very big directors have already seen this movie. Are you more nervous in a way to show it to them than you want to show it to the rest of the world?
01:00Like is there a particular person you thought, Oh God, I hope they like it.
01:03Well, not a director, but Stephen King who's seen it. But obviously I want him to like it and thankfully he loved it.
01:10Well, that's all you can ask for, mate. I'm sure it's brilliant. Congratulations.
