00:00I think the strongest dream in this planet is the European dream.
00:06It's a dream of a continent based on democracy that works together,
00:15securing the living conditions of Europeans at present times but also in the future.
00:22A dream of a continent that will protect the competitiveness of its economy
00:31and it is a dream of a continent that takes a leading role in this world
00:36in so many aspects including the fight against climate change.
00:43I believe that yesterday we delivered on that dream.
00:47We agreed on the 2040 targets, on all the content of the climate law.
00:58It is a deal, it is an agreement that is pragmatic, that is ambitious,
01:05that delivers speed and it delivers flexibility.
01:09And what we need to make sure, and that is at the heart of this,
01:15is, and again I've said that also many times,
01:18climate competitiveness and independence need to go hand in hand going forward.
01:23All three are essential.
01:25All three are essential.
01:25All three are essential.
01:26I don't know.
01:31Let's give it an opportunity to
01:49stop.
