Pursuing a Gavril Barstow RS (RoadSport) with an apparently broken tie rod, drag link, or some other steering part.
This was on Unyxium's beautiful River Highway map.
Side note: does anyone know if there's a way to turn down the quality of *just* road surfaces? It would appear that my recording and editing programs are focusing heavily on the road surface, and the quality of everything else is suffering as a result.
