00:00Health is definitely assured to all travelers whose pre-arranged trips were either suspended or canceled as a result of Typhoon Tino's presence and passage across the country.
00:12Avao Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez declared following the president's order to provide commuters on all modes of transportation whose travel timelines were disrupted and or adversely affected by the typhoon.
00:25Lopez also pleaded for the CAAP and Transportation Service Providers to immediately update their customers after cancellation or suspension of their trips to avert crowding and confusion at the land port, seaport, and airport terminals.
00:41Lastly, he urged for no surcharges or rebooking fees on affected commuters, passengers, and to allow them to avail of partial optional refunds should they wish.
