00:00You can have work-life balance, but you may not be able to have work-life balance every week,
00:05every month, and sometimes even in a single day. But overall, you can achieve it. You've got to
00:10think about it and be really intentional about how to balance it. I think you have to find a role
00:16in your job, which you enjoy so much that this is not the key question anymore, because I don't
00:22think it makes sense to completely separate the two. You spend so much time, so many hours working
00:28that this is your life as well, and so I don't like to separate the two. I think if you love what
00:35you do, then it's not really work at all, so you have balance. If you're loving your job, then you're
00:40living your life. I think it's hard to maintain work-life balance if you want to do great things.
00:46Family is very important, but if you are determined to do great things, make sure you put enough time
00:52to your career. Work-life balance, try to maintain it, but if you can't maintain it, that's fine.
00:57You want to optimize both, and that means that you want to create a protocol, follow the protocol,
01:04then measure the results, measure how you feel, measure how you're performing, and then
01:08simply adjust.
