00:00I call for an end to the flow of weapons and fighters into Sudan, which is making a desperate situation even worse.
00:08And finally we need an immediate cessation of hostilities.
00:13I call both on the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces to work with my personal envoy for Sudan, Ramtan de la Mamre, towards a negotiated settlement.
00:24Come to the negotiating table, bring an end to this nightmare of violence now.
00:31It's time for peace.
