00:31But Harry has a lot of experience, he has a good feeling for the game.

00:35I don't want him also to be totally controlled by myself, I don't want that.

00:40I want him to feel the space and I want the other players to adapt to what Harry does.

00:44Us as coaches, yes, we have ideas but a lot of the ideas we get are also given by the players

00:50so we have to work around that and Harry has not necessarily had a big different role than last year

00:54but he's evolved in how probably he sees the role and as long as the balance is there
