00:00This is the first time I'm hearing of it.
00:03I don't know, I mean, Steven is her brother.
00:06I feel like it's his job to, or maybe he feels like a responsibility to be protective, you
00:14know, he's an older brother.
00:16Obviously there are things that both brothers could be hounded out for, but they're homies,
00:27you know, I feel like they talk honestly, so there's room for that.
00:31Yeah, I think Steven just has a lot of love for his sister, and I think that he kind of
00:37looks out for her more than anybody, well, almost more than anybody.
00:41I think that I had to remind myself that, you know, Steven's the main character, his own
00:47story, and I think a lot of the times looking at that whole triangle over there, his perspective
00:54is like, yo, that thing's a mess, bro.
00:56I only care about, like, this corner here, you know what I mean, like, my focus is on
00:59her and on her alone.
01:01Also, I think people are being a little hard on Steven about it because it's like, he didn't
01:05know about the Lacey Brown situation until much later, and at that point everything had
01:09kind of fallen apart already, but I think in his eyes it's like, yeah, Belly's his sister,
01:15he found out about what happened the night before the wedding.
01:17Right, that's pretty fun.
01:18He hasn't seen Conrad in four years.
01:20Conrad has kind of ghosted him too, I imagine, a little bit, just to sort of remove himself,
01:25and he's probably a little bit hurt because they were really close.
01:27Yeah, I remember there was a scene at the restaurant where they were engaged or whatever, and at the
01:39beginning of that, Steven and Conrad have a moment, and like, it was very intentional that
01:44there was some distance there.
01:46Yeah.
