03:43It's an old business partner that's suing me and John and our businesses and everybody under the sun.
03:49So you can allege anything in a lawsuit.
03:52If you're the plaintiff, you usually want everything in the kitchen sink because you want to make it sound egregious enough where people respond and don't just dismiss the case.
04:01But it is pending litigation.
04:03And, you know, if you read our responses, we've denied everything except for our name, address, like being people.
