00:00How I got introduced to Shaolin Temple or Kung Fu or the culture behind is through as a kid I
00:15watched Kung Fu Panda. The five of us came here to learn more about the Shaolin monastery because
00:21everyone since his childhood dreams about coming to the Shaolin monastery and training Kung Fu.
00:26Besides the forms that it's very difficult because you have to practice and practice until you get it
00:36perfect. I think one of the biggest things I will take away from the experience is to find peace and
00:50joy and simple things because outside the street is so so interesting so noisy so busy and here it's
00:58more more quiet you're more by yourself and it's really really a completely complete shift in the
01:04atmosphere but this what this makes it amazing yes. I need other people to take also this experience
01:10and learn more about this art but I want to bring people from the West from especially Germany to
01:18the Shaolin monastery and experience this.
