Cow blocks the road and stares at a car before running away

Mark shared this clip of a cow who suddenly turned into an unexpected traffic warden.

''There was a tractor taking a cow out of the field across from my partner’s car,'' he told WooGlobe.

''She was driving and attempting to turn left when the tractor blocked the road.''

The cow broke loose, paused to stare at their car as if hit by a wave of nostalgia from a past lifetime, and then dashed off like it had better places to be.
