00:00Today in your Media Miss Minute, President Trump is tearing down part of the White House
00:04to build his new ballroom. And a majority of Americans aren't on board.
00:09Also, Vance Rubio, 2028? Trump may be barred from a third term,
00:14but he's already floating who he wants next.
00:19I'm Craig DeGrelli. In today's Media Miss Minute, we're looking at two stories
00:23most partisan outlets are skipping over, starting with one being missed by the right.
00:28A new poll shows most Americans oppose President Trump's plan to demolish the east wing of the
00:33White House to make room for a new 90,000-square-foot ballroom. 56% say they're against it,
00:39just 28% approve, and 15% strongly support the project. The ballroom will hold about 1,000
00:46guests and be privately funded, but it sparked widespread outrage online.
00:51Now to a story being missed by the left. President Trump may not run again,
00:55but he's got ideas about who should. He's publicly floated a 2028 ticket featuring
01:00his Vice President J.D. Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
01:05We have one of them standing right here. We have J.D. obviously, the Vice President is great.
01:11I think Marco is great. I think, I'm not sure if anybody would run against us.
01:16I think if they ever formed a group, it would be unstoppable.
01:20Vance responded that his focus remains on the economy and making life more affordable for
01:25America, but called Rubio his best friend in the administration.
