Iliriana Balaj, from Delray Beach, Florida, US, went against her attention-hating brother's wishes and threw a surprise party for him.
To make it even funnier, the family dressed up in nightgowns, hats and candles - giving the celebration a deliberately dramatic twist.
They solemnly sang "Happy Birthday” while the birthday boy stood completely still, showing zero emotion throughout the entire performance.
Sharing the clip online, viewers were left in hysterics at the deadpan reaction, which turned the awkward silence into pure comedy.
