00:00Rachel Reid has been very open and transparent about this. Of course it would have been better if this had all been sorted ages ago, but the lettings agency that was meant to be sorting all of this out failed to do it, should have got the license, it didn't happen. I'm glad that these emails have come to light now and the independent advisor on ministerial interests, who incidentally was appointed by Rishi Sunak, by the conservative prime minister, so no Labour kind of patsy or anything like that, he has decided that Rachel acted in good faith, there was no instance of bad faith,
00:30and thinks that there should be no further action taken and Southwark Council itself has also decided that no further action should be taken.
